Getting the best results from Antioxidant Skin Brightening Powder

• Taste best when mixed with fruit & vegetable juices and yogurt-based smoothies.
• Not suitable for mixing in milk-based drinks except for yogurt or kefir. 
• If drinking with water only, mix with room temperature, cold water or hot water not exceeding 90 degrees Celsius. Shake well to dissolve. Water temperature should not exceed 90 degrees Celsius. Do not boil or add to boiling hot water.

 

Q:  Can I take Antioxidant Skin Brightening Powder during pregnancy or while breastfeeding? 

A: As no sufficient clinical studies have been done on the effects of consuming Antioxidant Skin Brightening Powder during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we would not recommend it to be taken during these times.

When added to plain water, the taste is still sourish and slightly bitter. However, when added to fruits and vegetable juices and smoothies, it is barely discernible.

Q: If I want faster results and more protection, can I take more than 500mg each day?

A: No, we do not recommend dosage above 500mg per day. Antioxidant Skin Brightening Powder is a powerful, concentrated edible skincare active and taking more than the maximum recommended dosage is not recommended. 

 

Q: Can I mix it together with aspurely Collagen Amino Powder?

A: Our recommendation is to take Antioxidant Skin Brightening Powder in the morning to protect your skin and system from UV rays and free radicals and Collagen Amino Acid Powder before bedtime to support your skin and your body’s renewal and regenerative functions during sleep. However, if you wish to take both of them together at one go, it is ok to do so. 

 

Do note though that Antioxidant Skin Brightening Powder should not be added to any non-fermented milk, including nut milks. So, if you are planning to make a nut milk-based smoothie, Collagen Amino Acid Powder will be a great booster but not the Antioxidant Skin Brightening Powder.
